The company

Corporación Empresarial de Materiales de Construcción, S.A. (“COEMAC”), is the Holding company of a business group present in over 25 countries, whose main activity is the manufacture and sale of Piping Systems and fittings that cover the complete Water Cycle for infrastructure and building sectors.

COEMAC strategy is articulated through three pillars:

(i) have a distinguishing portfolio of products and services, with high added value for each of the participants in the life cycle thereof,

(ii) international diversification of our business, and

(iii) efficiency in operations and business processes.

COEMAC’s manufacturing and commercial activities are developed through its subsidiaries, 100% owned, where the products are managed through the trademark Adequa® (PVC plastic pipes and fittings for infrastructure and building sectors)

Adequa® has been a leader in the sustainable management of water for more than 60 years, providing energy efficiency, water saving, comfort and safety solutions

COEMAC is listed on the Spanish stock exchange and its headquarters are located in Madrid.
